Settings - My Account

To access the “User Account” settings page, first press on the gear icon on the top right hand corner of the home screen. Then tap on “User Account” in the list of available settings categories.

Update your Email Address

To update the email address associated with your account, fill in the new address in the “Email” field and then press the “Save Details” button.

Ensure that you have access to the email that you enter, as a verification email will be sent to the new address. Please click the link in that email to confirm your account and to prove that you are not a bot.

If you have noted down your email address and password, or stored them in a password manager, you should make sure to update the email address there immediately.

Please note that your smart device must have a strong internet connection in order to perform this step.

Update your Display Name

While not mandatory, you can update your name attached to your account. This can be useful if you need support or need assistance regaining access to your account if you have lost access to your email address.

To update your display name, fill in the “First Name” and “Last Name” fields and then press the “Save Details” button.

Please note that your smart device must have a strong internet connection in order to perform this step.
