Our delivery options and shipping policy

Fulfilment

Items are routinely dispatched from our fulfilment centre (provided by Total Fulfilment) in the United Kingdom.

Orders placed before midday on a working day will be fulfilled on the same working day. Orders placed after midday on a working day, or on a non-working day, will be fulfilled on the next working day. For the purposes of fulfilment, working days should be considered to be Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays in the United Kingdom.

Logistics

BrightSign makes no guarantees regarding the time it takes to dispatch an item, or the time it takes for it to be delivered.

United Kingdom

UK orders are shipped out using DHL Express, which uses DHL’s road freight network for destinations in the UK mainland.

Deliveries to England and Wales are usually made 1 working day after dispatch.

Deliveries to some remote locations, such as those in Scotland, and to Northern Ireland may take 2 working days to arrive.

International

International orders are shipped using DHL Express, which uses DHL’s air freight network globally.

Deliveries to Western Europe and to some North American cities are usually made within 2-3 working days after dispatch.

Deliveries to all other locations are usually made within 3-4 working days after dispatch.

Some highly remote or undeveloped locations may take longer to receive orders than the stated time.

Import Charges & Customs

Where either a free or paid delivery option is selected at checkout, unless explicitly otherwise stated, this corresponds to shipping and handling on DAP Incoterms. This means that we are responsible for the packing, shipping and handling of the glove, as well as ensuring that it is appropriately insured, up until it being delivered at your door.

However, many countries will apply a VAT (value added tax) or other form of sales tax to the value of the product at the point of import, in addition to any import duty that may be liable. This amount is NOT included in the cost of shipping and is the responsibility of the consignee. Our logistics partners, such as DHL, may also levy a nominal additional charge if they have to pay this on the consignee's behalf.

If BrightSign provides an estimate of a sales tax or import duty into a specific country, that is indicative only and does not represent any commitment by BrightSign to pay that amount on the customer's behalf.
